I got a message from customer service about my previous order where shipping took several days and customer service wasn’t super helpful when I reached out. I was assured things would be better and was offered a discount to accommodate for my inconvenience. My next order only took 3 days to ship instead of the 4-5 like before, but still support had to refund my expedited shipping. I don’t want to give up on vivimu, and I will still be ordering but I feel like it’s important to be transparent about the service you get.
Oh and the distillate changed to be “compliant” which means it’s not clear anymore but the potency hasn’t changed. Still just as good as before, with no noticeable taste changes that I can tell.

These help my chronic spine and arthritis pain quite a bit. The taste is great and the quality is always consistent. Delta 8 for me gives a relaxing effect without the slight anxiety I get with Delta 9. I'd order a lot more from Vivimu if I wasn't a senior on SS.
